Refund policy
64 Tailored Performance offer a select range of premium brands. Most of our tailored products are made to order and are therefore not offered on a sale or return basis.
64 Tailored Performance cannot accept the return of goods that are made to order. This refers to non-stock items ordered or manufactured to your specification including (but not limited to): Suspensions, Seats, wheels. or custom colour, embroidery, and parts ordered specific to a VIN.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@sixfour.co.uk.to request a RETURNS FORM. Once fully completed, your return form must be emailed to sales@sixfour.co.uk for confirmation of next steps.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All postage / delivery costs are your responsibly unless an item is shown / proven to be faulty.
Damages, missing items and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You must notify us of any shortages or damage to your order within 48 hours of receipt. Beyond this time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to raise your claim with the delivering courier. Please inform us by email, and provide supporting images to sales@sixfour.co.uk.
- Where goods are missing upon arrival with no clear indication of loss in transit, you should allow us 3 to 5 working days for the relevant stock and despatch records to be checked.
- 64 Tailored Performance reserve the right to charge for the replacement of missing goods where our stock and despatch records are found to be correct.
- 64 Tailored Performance is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of delays experienced due to the receipt of, and procedures related to, damaged, missing or incorrect goods.
- 64 Tailored Performance is not responsible for any cost incurred should you choose to return damaged or incorrectly supplied goods to us without prior agreement and instruction from us.
Returns
Where goods purchased by the Buyer are alleged to be defective, the Purchaser agrees to return such goods to the seller for inspection and report (without the seller replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The Purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform the seller of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow the seller to remedy the defect, failure or interruption. Parts modified or adapted by the Purchaser shall no longer be warranted by the manufacturer nor shall 64 Tailored Performance Limited be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification as a result of such modification.
Liability
Any suggestions, advice or recommendations provided by 64 Tailored Performance Limited or any of its employees is strictly constructed from the information given by the Purchaser or Consumer and shall be considered opinion only and taken as such. 64 Tailored Performance Limited is not liable or responsible for inspecting and/or confirming this information. Any such suggestions, advice or recommendations provided by 64 Tailored Performance Limited or any of it’s employees shall be considered as an opinion only and 64 Tailored Performance Limited shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries or deaths as outlined below in the section titled “RISK OF DAMAGE, INJURY OR DEATH”.
Risk of Damage, Injury or Death
High performance driving events (HPDE), auto-crossing, racing, Motorsports and high speed driving are dangerous activities and accidents may lead to damage, injury and/or death. 64 Tailored Performance Limited is not liable for any damages, injuries or deaths related to these activities.
Warranty Conditions and Limitations
All products sold are subject solely to the manufacturer’s specified warranty or guarantee - the terms and conditions of which can be found with the relevant manufacturer - except where explicitly stated otherwise. You should register or complete and return all warranty documentation upon receipt of the goods purchased (where appropriate).
64 Tailored Performance Limited will deal directly with the manufacturer in raising a warranty claim on your behalf but accepts no liability for loss or expenses caused by the raising of a warranty claim.
Before returning an item for Warranty please contact us for a Return Form. Once your return has been authorised, we will contact you with details of next steps.
Any goods returned without a Return Form may be refused at our discretion.
Please ensure that the returning goods are re-packaged appropriately for transit and use the original packaging where possible.
Warranties are honoured at the discretion of the manufacturers retailed by 64 Tailored Performance Limited and may not be honoured upon inspection and indication of signs of improper installation, collision, modification or product abuse or misuse. We strongly recommend the professional installation of the brands and products that we retail.
Obligation of Claims
64 Tailored Performance Limited works with the manufacturers it retails. The Manufactures obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of their products only. 64 Tailored Performance Limited and it’s employees are not obligated or responsible for the costs associated with removal, replacement and/or shipping of products for any purposes, including for warranty purposes.
Furthermore, 64 Tailored Performance Limited is not obligated to compensate for damages incurred to a vehicle, person or property under any circumstances.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
